Google has only a few hundred results for any search term, but pretends it has billions

Screenshot compilation from Google Search results, revealing how Google manipulate the size and scope of search results, pretending to search billions of webpages while in fact only showing a few hundred at most.

The image reads:
- They start by lying, pretending to have 4.2 billion results.
- Then keep clicking, until you get to the last page..
- And the fraud is revealed: 181 total results for football

Test it yourself with any search term. The internet is shrinking and shrinking, like walls of a prison closing in. Even when you click "show omitted results", you still only get a few hundred. The internet is faker than a bowl of plastic fruit.
